The University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 16, Issue 1. We are dedicated to publishing scholarship that critically engages with the legal, social, economic, and psychological challenges impacting communities of color.
We welcome articles that explore a wide range of topics, including—but not limited to—reparations, prison abolition, transgender rights and advocacy, race-driven gentrification, disparities in access to legal services across racially diverse communities, the roots and consequences of homophobia within communities of color, and pressing constitutional or employment issues related to race. Submissions addressing other forms of systemic injustice faced by marginalized or disenfranchised groups are also encouraged.
